Will Conroy is the founder of Campus Overload. Over the past 10 years, he has worked with hundreds of college students through roles at the University of Vermont and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth — helping them navigate academics, plan careers, and prepare for internships, jobs, and life during and after college.

He has coached student-athletes, led admissions and recruiting across 140+ universities, and built programs that support students through the stress and uncertainty that often comes with undergrad.

Campus Overload brings all of that experience together — offering practical coaching and honest guidance to help students get clear, take action, and feel more in control of their path forward.
